One of our customers relies on multiple ultrasonic fabric welding units. When they faced a significant number of hardware failures, they turned to us for support. Our team reverse-engineered the circuitry, identified common electronic faults, and custom-built a specialized testing station to replicate real-world operating conditions.

We then carried out precise PCB repairs, ultrasonically cleaned the boards, and rigorously tested them under loads of up to 6 bar at maximum amplification. Thanks to our dedication and expertise, we continue to provide ongoing repair support, ensuring fast and cost-effective service.
