We were entrusted with developing a system to enable our customer to automatically detect air leaks, significantly enhancing their energy efficiency. Additionally, we recommended integrating power monitoring to further optimize their overall energy management capabilities. The project encompassed a wide range of technical tasks, including Codesys PLC programming, JavaScript development, Exor HMI programming, Node-RED flow development, MySQL database development, sensor setup and calibration, as well as network design and installation.
The system incorporated 90 data points, 15 air monitors, 10 current clamps, 10 wireless repeaters, one IIoT gateway, and one power monitor IIoT gateway, ensuring comprehensive coverage and efficient data collection.
